Returns and Refund Policy


We strive to ensure that your experience with UnifyCards.com is satisfactory, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns and refunds policy.

Returns

You may return any product purchased from UnifyCards.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at saraeloisedavies@outlook.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your message.

Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the product in its original condition and packaging, including any tags or labels, and ship it back to us at the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the product is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 days.

Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for returned products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item on our website.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Return Process for Printify Products

Please note that returns for products fulfilled by Printify will need to go through their return process. To initiate a return for a Printify product, please contact us at saraeloisedavies@outlook.com with your order details, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Printify may require evidence of any defects or issues with the product.
